General Terms & Conditions

Payment Methods

All prices include GST

Booking & Deposit

20% deposit required on booking
Final numbers and payment due one week prior to function

Cancellation Policy

No deposit refund in event of cancellation
Booking can be rescheduled if date is available
Functions must be held within 12 months of original booking date or deposit will be forfeited
Deposits cannot be taken out in goods or services
All function cancellations incur a $250 Admin Fee
Date changes to events are only permitted to be postponed one time

Product & Service Terms

Seasonal factors may affect the supply of some products
We will endeavour to replace unavailable items with similar alternatives
Allow 30 minutes extra time for deliveries due to unforeseen traffic conditions
Travelling fees may apply

Payment Timing

Full payment must be paid 48 hours before the event

Item Replacement

If an item is not available, we can replace with another item of similar quality and value
