General Terms & Conditions
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
- Credit Card
- All prices include GST
Booking & Deposit
- 20% deposit required on booking
- Final numbers and payment due one week prior to function
Cancellation Policy
- No deposit refund in event of cancellation
- Booking can be rescheduled if date is available
- Functions must be held within 12 months of original booking date or deposit will be forfeited
- Deposits cannot be taken out in goods or services
- All function cancellations incur a $250 Admin Fee
- Date changes to events are only permitted to be postponed one time
Product & Service Terms
- Seasonal factors may affect the supply of some products
- We will endeavour to replace unavailable items with similar alternatives
- Allow 30 minutes extra time for deliveries due to unforeseen traffic conditions
- Travelling fees may apply
Payment Timing
- Full payment must be paid 48 hours before the event
Item Replacement
- If an item is not available, we can replace with another item of similar quality and value
