Please review our terms and conditions before booking your catering service.

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash
  • Credit Card
  • All prices include GST

Booking & Deposit

  • 20% deposit required on booking
  • Final numbers and payment due one week prior to the function

Cancellation Policy

  • No deposit refund in the event of cancellation
  • Booking can be rescheduled if the date is available
  • Functions must be held within 12 months of the original booking date or the deposit will be forfeited
  • Deposits cannot be taken out in goods or services
  • All function cancellations incur a $250 admin fee
  • Date changes are only permitted to be postponed one time

Product & Service Terms

  • Seasonal factors may affect the supply of some products
  • We will endeavour to replace unavailable items with similar alternatives of equal quality and value
  • Allow 30 minutes extra time for deliveries due to unforeseen traffic conditions
  • Travelling fees may apply
  • All prices, terms and conditions may be subject to change
